2 chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
1/2c green onions, sliced
1/2c tart apple, chopped
1/3c dried cherries
1t poppy seeds
1t dijon mustard
1/4t black pepper
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until fully combined. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least one hour before serving.
